Can I add a gift message?
Yes. When you add your product to cart at the bottom of the cart there is an option to add a gift message.
What kind of leather do you use?
Our range uses Italian vegetable-tanned leather, sourced for the Italpel tannery in the heart of Tuscany.
If the leather begins to lose its shine please use a leather care cream.
Do you have any physical stores?
We don't currently have any physical stores or sell to other third-party stores right now.
Shipping & returns questions
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking link for your order. If you do not receive the tracking link or have any problems with the tracking please contact our customer service at email@example.com
Please be patient with your tracking link as some services can be delayed in syncing the correct information and some services do not get scanned at every stage.
Can I change or edit my address after I've placed my order?
If you realise that you have made a mistake in the completion of your address please get in contact with our support team as soon as possible. firstname.lastname@example.org
We will assess if your order is still able to be amended and we will contact the relevant couriers for you.
Can I change or edit my order after it's been placed?
As long as your order has not been shipped, we can amend it for you. Just email us. email@example.com
Can I cancel my order?
As long as it has not yet shipped, we could still cancel your order and provide a refund. Just email us firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call.
Please note that orders that have already been shipped would need to go through the returns process.
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 100-day return period on all orders. If you are not satisfied with your Aubyn & Rose product within 100 days of purchase, you can return it for a full refund. If there is something wrong with your product please contact us straight away and we will resolve the issue immediately.
Goods must be unused, in resealable condition, in its original condition and packaged appropriately.
To process a refund, please email email@example.com. Someone from our team will contact you with instructions.

Can I ship my order to a different country?
Yes you can.
You can choose the shipping country at the checkout page.
What payment methods do you accept?
The payment methods we accept are specific to the billing country. You can order in all major global and local payment methods. It is best to have a look at the checkout to see what we offer for your country.
Can I pay over time?
Yes. We offer Afterpay which allows you to pay in interest free installments over time. You can select this payment method at checkout.
Do I have to pay customs and duties?
For a lot of countries we will cover the cost of import customs and duties for you.
For other countries we allow you the option at checkout to pre-pay the customs and duties applicable to your order. This means you will not have to pay any extra on delivery of the items.
Please note that import customs and duties are country specific and are not controlled by Aubyn + Rose. If you are unsure about the import duty regulations in your country we suggest you research this so that you are not surprised by any additional charges.
Product specific questions
My MacBook sleeve is too tight / does not fit
The laptop sleeve was designed to be a (very) tight fit when you start using it. Leather, and especially the type we use, expands with use and doesn't shrink again.
You will notice that once the leather starts to soften, it will nicely shape itself around your laptop.
What laptops fit in your laptop cases?
The biggest laptop that will fit in the laptop case is the Macbook 15".
Do you offer personalisation?
We do, but only for corporate companies right now based on the fact they will place larger orders. If you are looking to place a larger order please email firstname.lastname@example.org
We are working on implementing individualised personalised orders.
What is covered under the quality guarantee?
We offer a 365-day warranty covering repairs or replacements for functional defects.
This means if there's a functional defect which prevents you using the product, we will fix it for you. This includes all stitching, zips, metalwork, and handles. We do not cover related costs, such as shipping. We’ll assess the item and contact you to agree the most appropriate resolution. Please note, this warranty does not cover the natural ageing of materials or normal wear and tear - such as scratches, stains etc.
My product is faulty, what do I do?
First of all we are sorry to hear this. Please contact our customer service team on email@example.com with your original order number and photos of the damage.
We will assess the damage and discuss repair options with you.
